Tornados

Tonight has been crazy! It all started at 6:45 pm when the weather man said that we were in a tornado watch witch means that the weather could produce a tornado. Nothing to worry it happens all the time. So I decided that it would be safe for me to go to my church meeting. Things were going good until a women peaks her head in the door and says evacuate to the halls there is a tornado! I then could hear the siren oh no! I was not to scared at this point I called Cregg and he said the tornado's were far away from us not to worry. Shortly after talking to him the sirens stopped, close call. We went back to our meeting and ten minutes later the sirens go off again at this point I panicked and called Cregg he said to stay put and that he and Cody are going to the basement ( By the way Cody is here yeah!) A couple of the girls that I was with said that they were going home I decided that would be a good idea even though my husband said to stay at the church. So I grabbed Zoey and ran to the car with the sirens blaring I just wanted to go home and be with my family I lived only 5 minutes away. When I reached home I got Zoey out as fast as I could and ran down to the basement I was safe yeah! It turns out that the tornado never touched down by us thank goodness. There still are more storms tonight but hopefully we are done going to the basement. Cody came to visit us when we experienced our first tornado scare!
